There are many landmarks in Daegu, right? It also reminds me of the relatively recent The Arc, the suseong pond, and the noisy and spacious night market.
But wouldn't the old 'Woobang Tower' and the current 'E-World 83 Tower' emerge as the landmarks?

Daegu 83 Tower, which has various things to enjoy as well as an observatory where you can see Daegu at a glance.
It's a place where everyone in Daegu will have big and small memories.

Today, I will introduce you to various things to enjoy at the 83 Tower in Daegu!

You don't have to worry if you don't have skates! You can rent skates through rental shops.

The interior of the ice rink is also beautifully decorated.

You can see the two lovers holding hands. Daegu's indoor dating course would be nice, too!

I can see some friends who are running excitedly and slowly holding onto the wall.
Each group was skating safely, distancing themselves from each other!

No matter how hot it is in the summer, the ice rink has a very low energy, so make sure to take your coat with you when you visit the ice rink!

One of the must-have attractions of the 83 Tower is the Euroseum Magic Art Museum.
If you look at many tourist attractions, there are trick art museums, which provide interesting photo zones.

Compared to other places, the Euroseum Magic Art Museum looked much richer and higher quality!

The entrance fee for Euroseum is 5,000 won. Free admission or annual membership is available for free of charge.
Wearing a mask and disinfecting your hands are essential for viewing.

Trick art is an art technique that uses light reflection, refraction, shading, and perspective to express paintings in three dimensions and in a realistic way.

You can take a lot of funny pictures with real facial expressions and gestures.

Next to the picture is a description of how to make it more fun and realistic.
Of course, it doesn't matter if you take it in your own style!

Shall we go up to the 83 tower observatory where we can see Daegu at a glance?

The observatory ticket office and elevator are located next to Ashley on the 1st floor.

It goes up to the 77th floor if you get on, and it's really fast!

If you go up, you can see the 83 Tower sculpture in front of you, and you can see the panoramic view of downtown Daegu with a telescope.

You can compare the height with the world-famous towers and towers. Tower 83 is really tall, right?

It deserves to be a landmark of Daegu!

There is also a mini-café where you can sit down at a table and look down at downtown Daegu after ordering coffee or drinks.

And at the observatory, you can also sky-jump at 231 meters, the third highest in the world after the Macau Tower and the Auckland Tower in New Zealand!

Daegu's activity and sky jumping, which can only be enjoyed at the 83 Tower, are temporarily suspended due to Corona 19.

Along with downtown Daegu, you can see hot rides and 103m-high sky drops in E-World these days.

Shall we walk along the Sincheon river trail in Daegu?

If there is Han River in Seoul, there is Sinchon in Daegu, right?

I think it's really nice to be able to get a little out of the dense city of Daegu and meet the green trees with cool river.

Today, we will introduce Daegu's Sinchon walking trail!
This is a place that Daegu citizens will be familiar with. This is Sincheon, Daegu.

This place has been the home of Daegu citizens since the time when people settled around the waterway.

In spring, migratory birds nest, and in summer, they become children's water playgrounds.
It is a place where Daegu citizens can relax and exercise for a long time.

There's an otter, a clean stream in the city centre.
It's a clean stream where otters, which are endangered animals, live.

Including otters, there are a variety of rare animals and plants.

I can feel how much we live with nature as it is said that various rare wild animals live in Sincheon, downtown Daegu.

Many mallard ducks float on the water under underwater beams, and you can also see many birds.

On the upper side of Sincheon-dunchi, there is a motorway called Sincheon-daero to the west and Sincheon-dong-ro to the east.

It's a good place to walk and ride a bike. You can walk and exercise with fresh air.
I saw a lot of people stretching all over the place!

a place where you can meet cool scenery

Although the weather is getting hotter, citizens who visit Sincheon, a resting place in the city center, are constantly visiting.
If you look at the river with cool winds and soaring fountains, you will feel as cool as the sweat that flows quickly cools down.
There were many people who played tennis or badminton. It was hot, but I was impressed that you were wearing a mask.

Perfect for walking trails and riding courses.

Sincheon, the lifeline of Daegu, is a stream that flows in the eastern part of Daegu and is also called the Han River in Daegu.

It has bike paths and rest areas.
Sinchon has a good bike lane, so you can see many cyclists doing exercise.
It is also popular with riders because you can run while looking at fresh wind and water.

Sincheon offers Daegu citizens a wide-open walkway with a unique look throughout the four seasons.

The weather is hot, but the heat will go away if you look at the fresh green leaves and the cool flowing Sincheon River.
Visit Sincheon, a precious healing place in the complex city center!

Introducing the exotic places in Bukseong-ro (Daehwa-jang-Composite Cultural Space, Daegu Goods-Goods Shop)

What comes to your mind first when you think of Daegu Bukseong-ro?

A hardware store? Bulgogi on a rainy day?

Bukseong-ro was a colonial city of Japanese colonial era, starting with the appearance of a fortress during the Joseon Dynasty.
In the 50s and 60s, Korea's largest tool alley has been transformed into various shapes over time.

So, what will the current Bukseong-ro look like in 2020?

Now, Bukseong-ro is creating a new look by renovating existing Japanese-style buildings, consisting of various types of shops such as cafes, workshops, and bars.

A place to visit Bukseong-ro, Daehwa-jang(Place of conversation) and Daegu Goods
In particular, recently, complex cultural spaces and goods shops in Daegu are being built to create unique and unique places with unique atmosphere.

Let's check it out together!

1. Daehwa-jang(Place of conversation) (complex cultural space)

104-15 Bukseong-ro, Jung-gu, Daegu

Daehwa-jang is a hot complex cultural space that opened recently.

Complex cultural space is a place where anyone can easily and diversely communicate with art and culture by providing exhibition, sales, and work space for works.

In line with this, the dialogue hall provided various cultural and artistic experiences such as a lecture hall, kitchen, workshop, studio, and salon.

There was a cafe space at the entrance.

Here, not only bread and drinks, but also every Tuesday-Saturday from 18:00 to 23:00.

There will also be a 'salon' where we can have a new conversation with strangers.
If you leave the cafe and go to the building behind, you will find the auditorium.
There were daily life-inspiring films playing here.
You can freely use it as a cafe, so it's a perfect place to watch movies with drinks:)

There's a small kitchen right next to you.

This is a shared kitchen that can be used for rent, and is open to anyone who wants to share their own food with people around them and small gatherings they want to eat and talk to.

When you get out of the kitchen, pass through the square, and enter another building, you will see a workshop.
The Conversation Workshop is an open studio where you can see the creator's work, a pop-up store in the form of sales,

It's a place where people who support and cherish small-volume production participate, so it would be nice to visit on time! :)

2. Daegu Goods (goods shop)

69 First Floor, Seoseong-ro 14-gil, Jung-gu, Daegu

The second place is 'Daegu Goods'!

Daegu Goods is a place where goods related to Daegu are produced under the motto of 'The Emotional Design of Daegu Memories'.

The theme of Daegu's representative tourist attractions, events, and other materials that can remember Daegu.

Various kinds of goods were being made, including mugs, mouse pads, calendars, and maps.
Also, while looking at the goods, we talked about Daegu where we lived and learned about things that we didn't know.

It seemed that we were acting as an item to talk about Daegu beyond just the concept of goods to share our stories in Daegu.

Currently, a tool alley T-shirt with the concept of Bukseong-ro was also being sold.
I think it's a product that stands out with an extension design that symbolizes a tool alley!

Today we learned about the exotic places in Bukseong-ro.

Aren't you spending the same route of culture and leisure every day?

Then, I recommend Bukseong-ro, where interesting places are hidden all over the place.
