Where in Daegu should we go during Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving) Holidays??

What are you guys up to from Sep 11 to 13??
Those 3 days are Chuseok(추석) holidays. Chuseok originally known as Hangawi (from archaic Korean for "great middle"), is a major harvest festival in Korea celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar.

Why don’t you come all the way down to Daegu and enjoy Korea’s biggest holidays??

Let’s go into details where to go then!!

Shop and Eat on Dongsungro Street

I can clearly visualize all the streets in Dongsungro area packed with young people on the holidays.
It’d be a good chance to meet new people from everywhere in Korea.
Hmm.. My plan for the holiday is like this à shopping during the day and party at night

In Dongsungro, there are many shopping places like Rodeo Street, DEBEC Depart. Store, Lotte Young Plaza, Ixnmilano, Gallery Zone etc.

I think watching a new movie at the cool theater in Daegu would be a good idea too. There are several nice theaters in Dongsungro area, such as CGV, Lotte Cinema, Hanil and MMC.

After shopping, I usually go to a restaurant or café to have dinner, relax and chat with friends.

Try Daegu Food Tour!!

How about just eating delicious Daegu food?
Daegu is famous for strong flavored food.
Moochimhwae (vegetables, fish and seaweed seasoned with vinegar and other condiments), Makchang (fried Abomasum), Spicy Steamed Ribs……

Enjoy City Night View & Club Parties~~

Enjoy city night view on Dongsungro Streets or in 2.28 Memorial Park.

Suseong Lake and Eworld 83tower can be great places for a night view.
Suesong Lake will present water fountain show.
