The Athlete’s Village runs plenty of programs so that athletes can release stress and have fun at the same time during the Champs.

In Yulha-dong Athlete’s Village, Handprints and Footprints event on copper plates of the gold medalists was going on. They collect the handprints for the throwing event and the footprints for the track event.

Taekwondo performance was taking place. Many people took pictures of them.

Nail care service was all for the women athletes. All of the women athletes got really polished nails on TV. Right?

There was a photo zone and Korean traditional clothing, Hanbok experience zone.

Making Korean china and traditional mask event was going on.
Looks very interesting!

In the World Athletic Champs history, Athlete’s Village was constructed for the first time ever in Daegu.
