During Boknal, people eat samgyetang, a nourishing Korean traditional ginseng chicken soup!

So, in celebration of the first and second Boknal in July, we would like to introduce a famous Samgyetang restaurant in Daegu! 💖

Yakjeon Hanbang Samgyetang is located at the Yakjeon Alley in Jung-gu, Daegu🚩

By just looking at this spacious and inviting ambiance, you’ll feel relieve from the summer heat!

As you'd expect from traditional Korean health food places, they serve a variety of mouthwatering side dishes like kimchi, pickled radish, chicken gizzard, and green chili pepper! 👍

They also serve fragrant Insamju, a Korean traditional liquor, on the house! 🍶

They serve different types of samgyetang like Neung-i Hanbang Samgeytang, Hanbang Samgyetang and Song-I Hanbang Samgyetang.

We ordered Neung-I Hanbang Samgyetang!

Surprisingly, the rich broth was filled with neung-i mushrooms🍄

Inside the chicken, you’ll find generous portions of glutinous rice, making it a fulfilling meal!😚
