The weather is getting warmer!

It seems like spring is coming up🌿

The tourist attraction we would like to introduce today is related to the World Wetland Day in February,

which is a nice place to visit in all seasons!! Let us introduce the ‘Dalseong Wetland Eco Learning Center’.

‘Dalseong Wetland Eco Learning Center’ is located 28 minutes away by taxi /

80 minutes away by bus & subway from Daegu International Airport, 36 minutes away by taxi /

65 minutes by bus & subway from Dong Daegu Station😍 The entrance and the parking fee is free of charge so feel free to enjoy your day!

🚌How to use the public transportation

1. Walk about 5 minutes from Daegu International Airport to ‘Daegu International Airport gunnur(대구국제공항건너)’ bus station

2. Then take the bus number ‘Dong-gu 8’

3. Pass three bus stops and get off at ‘Ayanggyo Station(#1 Gate)’ bus stop

4. Take the subway and pass 21 stations from ‘Ayanggyo Station’ to ‘Hwawon Station’ (about 36 minutes)

5. Walk about a minute from Hwawon Station (Subway Line #1) to ‘Hwawon Elementary School gunnur(화원초등학교건너)’ bus station

6. Then take the bus number ‘Dalseong 1’

7. Pass six stations and get off at ‘Gura 3-ri 1’ bus station

8. Then move about 3 minutes to reach the ‘Dalseong Wetland Eco Learning Center’

- Closed on every Mondays, January 1st, and on the day of Seollal and Chuseok ※ The center will open if a national holiday is on Monday, but will be closed on the next day.

Be sure not to visit the center on the closed dates~~

If you enter the second floor, you’ll arrive at the !

You can learn about how the Dalseong Wetland was formed and what kind of creatures are living inside the wetland 🕊️

The area is especially popular among children because you can observe everything at a glance!

If you move on to , there’s an exhibition where you can actually experience the nature by comparing the sound of the amphibians!✨

It will be a memorable place for children because not only you can see the creatures, but also you can touch them

Another interesting spot for the children is the Green Round!

Children may read books or take a rest at this section.

Coming up is the photo zone!

Imagine yourself as a boatman by rowing the boat and of course, don’t forget to take a photo! 🎵

Finally, the third floor, where the highlight begins!

You will be astonished by the beautiful nature.

Now, let’s see what’s outside the center~!

You can enjoy the surrounding view at the open-air rooftop!

Try out the telescope to observe the creatures living in the wetland.

If you exit the center, you can feel the nature by walking on the trekking course.

Hwawon Dongsan, Samunjin Jumakchon Village, and even the Dalseong Wetland!!

Don’t forget to visit the deck-road nearby, which is a nice spot to take a walk~!
