           Students (Aged 13 ~ 18) – 27,000 KRW

The Daegu Aquarium is located inside the Shinsegae department store

near Dongdaegu Station.

As it’s only a 1min walk from the station,

you can use the left-luggage lockers at the Dongdaegu Station for any luggage you might have with you.

The Daegu Aquarium has 5 themed zones

and offers a daily variety of unique attractions.

One of the Daegu Aquarium’s most famous attractions is

 the performance by its mystic mermaids.

It has the sort of ethereal beauty that normally is only ever seen in fantasy films, doesn’t it? 😍

 

Another great place to see spectacular scenery

is the 360-degree ceiling aquarium.

Ayu fish swimming through the tank

 give off a radiance like the Milky Way in the night sky.

A river of stars drifting in the sea,

At the Daegu Aquarium, you can encounter not only marine animals

but also, cute little animals.

At the baby birds’ hut, you can observe parrots and otter cubs up close

using a super close-up camera.

They also hold prairie dogs, tricolor squirrels, etc. and there’s a feeding experience here too,

so, participate if you can!
