TtangTtang Land’s Fried Chicken Cooking experience attracts a lot of families as it offers a safe, easy and enjoyable experience for children. The course is also popular with international tourists. In 2019, before the pandemic, it received 60,000 visitors in total, including 20,000 visitors from Southeast Asia and was chosen as a filming location by Taiwanese, Thai and Hong
Kong media, establishing itself as a popular theme park.
I visited TtangTtang Land and tried out the cooking experience. Before beginning, all participants are provided with head covers and
go over the safety rules and guidelines to follow in case of an emergency. This
gave me the impression that the organizers had put a lot of care and attention into
their cooking course, allowing me to relax and immerse myself into the whole
experience even more.
There are a lot of young visitors at TtangTtang Land. The place is full of attractions, photo zones that offer great
photos, and an exciting program that surely makes TtangTtang Lang a perfect
place for a family trip where children can enjoy a variety of activities.
TtangTtang Land’s Fried Chicken Cooking Experience unfolds in the form of an adventure story with TtangTtangi and Kuku, TtangTtang Land’s mascots, go on a quest together, searching for the legendary golden fried chicken recipe.
Even
if there is a language barrier, the attractions and activities are easy to
understand thanks to the intuitive videos and images! So, fear not, foreign
travelers, you can enjoy the experience without any problem at all.
Before cooking the chicken, colored pencils are provided so that people can draw and decorate their own fried chicken packaging. I drew the mascot of TtangTtang Land! Isn’t it so cute?
And the moment of truth arrived. The time to cook fried chicken had come! I carefully followed the recipe: covering the raw chicken with the batter and passed it on to the staff, who then fried the chicken!
Once the chicken is done, you can either take it home with you, or enjoy the freshly fried chicken with the beverage provided. Of course, it tastes amazing! It could be because I’d cooked this delicious dish myself, but I’ll swear it was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Tasting such freshly fried chicken isn’t an everyday experience. But this is exactly what’s available at TtangTtang Land, Daegu.
TtangTtang Land is full of awesome sculptures and TtangTtang Chicken-related photo zones offering you great opportunities to see, make and taste things.
And here’s another piece of great news for you! Daegu, a city that is so serious about fried chicken that has the first & largest fried chicken theme park, is also holding the Chimaek Festival (Fried Chicken & Beer pairing) for 10 days from July 6th, 2022.
🧡Why not visit Daegu to cook fried chicken with your family and enjoy the festival?🧡
