Let me introduce you to the retro travel course to Daegu's past.

What image comes to your mind when you hear the word "retro" or "recovery"?

Doesn't it remind you of old movies like old hardware stores in the alley, LPs, discos, and big tanks with colorful lights?

Between the alleys, you can see signs that are likely to appear in the movie "Sunny," and you can often see retro-emotional bars.

If you walk between the newly created retro-emotional shops and buildings that offer a glimpse of the long-lasting modern painting in Daegu, you can feel like you're on a time trip in Daegu. Let's go for a walk to the past while visiting the retro destinations in Daegu. : )

A Trip to the Modern Alley Tour in Jung-gu, Daegu

The alley is divided by course, from course 1 to course 5.

Today, we started from course 2, Jin Alley.

As you enter the alley, you will see a line of buildings that make you feel like you are back in the 70s.

Follow the fine-quality murals with history intact, and you will see a solemn yet extraordinary Western-style building.

This building, which reads "Jeong pediatric hospital" boasts the oldest existing building in Daegu.
It was built in 1937, so it's very well preserved!

Pediatrics are still being provided in the building. It's the second generation of the family of the family.

The exterior of the building is a mixture of Japanese-style buildings and Western-style houses, showing a unique style.

The old round wall seems to play a part in the atmosphere.
Walking behind the pediatrician's back, you can see these dreary alleys, and everywhere you think of the past, you can feel sentimental and lonely!

As we walk through the alley calmly, something that we've never experienced before stimulates our emotions is the charm of course, it's the attraction of modern cultural alley.

Walking through Midodabang(cafe) and toward Yeongnamdaero
you will encounter Midodabang(cafe).
You can enjoy a variety of tea menus that have been on sale for a long time.

In fact, it has been a love room for poets, writers, and artists since 1928. It maintains the atmosphere of an old coffee shop.

The place called Dabang is getting unfamiliar to people these days. I felt very proud that Daegu has a place where I have kept my place for a long time and kept my culture.

After passing Midodabang, where the beautiful poem stayed, I walked along Yeongnamdaero, which was the road that the aristocrats had taken to take the test in the past.

It's a small alley where there are lots of baths, vents, and mills.

A variety of images, including the ancestral rites and the return of gold, are composed of trick art, making it a special photo zone for modern alleys! I am on my way to Hanyang, Yeongnamdaero, which contains history and story. : )

"Retro Bar Jin, Samdeok-dong"

The place we stopped by while walking was Jin in Samdeok-dong, famous for its retro bars.

I feel like the exterior of the store has already gone back to the 70s and 80s!

This place, which seems to have changed the atmosphere of that time, brings back memories of childhood that were only seen in dramas.

Entering the interior of the store, it is full of retro-emotional interior and props.

The store is uniquely divided into internal and external tables, based on a threshold that seems to have been breached.

From the inside of quite a few tables to the bar tables, the owner's sense of practical use of a small space stood out.

I could feel the consideration of hand sanitizers and cleansers provided by each type.

My friend and I, who were born in the '90s, were very happy as soon as the water came out.

A glass of childhood milk that you can only meet when you go to your grandmother's house now.

It went very well with the table, which was designed with patterns of magnetism. Even the smallest props were retro.

I ordered retro-sensitivity Jinro soju (KRW 4,000) with budaejjigae (18,000) and pot rice (3,000 won).

We have budae-jjigae. There are many kinds of ham, meat, and cheese in beef bone broth, so you can make excellent budae jjigae by boiling it.

It's not spicy and has a deep taste of beef bone, so I think it'll suit everyone's taste regardless of course.

The pot rice takes 12 minutes, but since it's handmade rice from the pot, it really goes well with budae-jjigae.:)

Today, I visited Daegu, which is full of vivid memories of the past.

Meet the past scenes of Daegu! : )
