The 10th Palgongsan Cherry Blossom Festival

The final hurrah of Daegu’s cherry blossom celebration can be found at Palgongsan Mountain. Whereas cherry blossoms in most parts of Daegu have dropped to the ground already, the tress in the mountainside has just started to reach full bloom last weekend.

Hajungdo Yuchae Flower Festival

The end of cherry blossoms is truly sad. However, it also means the beginning of bright yellow floral delight, Yuchae Flower! Come out to Hajungdo Island and enjoy the ethereal scene. If you can find yourself during the festival season, you will entertained by a number of events such as busking, magic show, photography exhibition and other hand-on experiences.

Biseulsan Azalea Festival

Throughout the year, Daegu Travel is asked about many popular festivals like the Lantern festival. Biseulsan Azalea Flowers are the top 3 most frequently asked tourist attractions among foreigners. Due to the warmer spring this year, the festival starts sooner than last year.
