Inheung Village

Inheung village is Mun(or Moon)'s family village. Nampyeong Mun clan moved to Daegu 500 years ago and settled in Inheung in the 19^th century. You can see from its popular family library that the family took education seriously.

Otgol Village

Gyeongju Choi clan’s village is best known for its 350-year old zelkova tree and two huge pagoda trees that are as old as the zelkova. Earthen walls and stone walls of the houses create a distinctive atmosphere of hanok village. The old village started in 1616 in the mid Joseon era.

Myogol Village & Yuksin Ancestral Temple

Myogol Village is Suncheon Park Clan’s residential area. Inside around the village have many historically important buildings. One of them was also featured in a novel, Toji, by Park Kyongni, Korea’s renowned writer.
