Camping Spot for Summer Vacation in Daegu, Korea

Enjoy camping in the cool atmosphere of nature!! Daegu Travel would like to introduce a campsite for your summer getaway.

There are three camping sites: Donghwa Campsite (campground), Dohak Auto Campsite and Pagye Auto Campsite in Mt. Palgong, Daegu.
Among them, Donghwa Campsite is composed of 44 wood decks, which allow you to chill while lying down on the deck and enjoying the breeze.

Since it is not an auto campsite, the distance from the parking lot to the campsite is a little bit far. You should park near the Donghwa Temple in Mt. Palgong and bring your stuff to the campsite. If you have lots of luggage, you can borrow a handcart from the admin of Mt. Palgong Natural Park in front of the campsite or the admin of artificial rock-climbing after presenting your ID.

Moreover, you can cook using charcoal fire during the peak season, which is from June to October. Please be noted that you are not allowed to use fire during the off-peak season.
