Daegu Fashion Jewelry Week 2016 is coming soon!
It will be held from May 13 to 15 this year around the Dongseongro jewelry town.
Today Daegu Travel would like to introduce the Fashion Jewelry Town in Dongseongro which will provide various events to visitors during the festival.

It is the only jewelry complex center in Korea where jewelries are made, displayed and sold at one place.

Moreover, you can try various jewelry and traditional crafting programs at low cost, such as silver ring making, making desk clocks and key ring crafting at the experience center which is an experiential cultural space.

The price range of these programs is from 5,000won to 50,000won. Advance reservation should be done through ca.

1. Silver ring making

• Course materials : Silver(92.5%)
• Course length : 1hr to 1hr 30mins
• Course fee : 15,000won

2. Experiencing Cloisonne craft

• Course materials : Silver(99.9%)
• Course length : 1hr
• Course fee : 25,000won / 50,000won (exclusive of silver necklace chain) 

3. Making desk clocks

• Course materials : Copper sheet, etching solution, movement
• Course length : 1hr to 1 hr 30mins
• Course fee : 25,000won 

4. Creating your own key ring

• Course materials : Picture, metal frame
• Course length : 30mins
• Course fee : 5,000~10,000won

5. Cleaning jewelry

• Course materials : Ultrasonic cleaner, cleaning solution
• Course length : 5mins
• Course fee : Free 

6. Checking jewelry

• Course materials : X-RAY analyzer
• Course length : 5mins
