1) Registration Online : Visit festival website ww.cdf.or.kr (Korean)  and fill out the form. 
2) Registration Via E-mail : Send proposal document (must include : name, phone number, the number of participants, team introduction, a short parade plan) to 2016cdf@naver.com
■ Parade period : May 7 through May 8, 2016 (2 days)
■ Parade venue: Gukchae-bosang-ro (Seoseong intersection~Jonggak intersection) / total distance: roughly 1.9km
