A little France within Daegu, 'Seongmodang'!
Seongmodang is known as a place where Catholics go to attend masses and pray.
The buildings and scenery feels like as if you're in France.. a beautiful and exotic feeling will accompany your visit. ^^ 

Green trees and grasses, when you drag your body exhausted by the heat.. and enter the Seongmodang~ 
you somehow find peace in the mind along with the gently blowing breeze..

Doesn't it feel so exotic~ ? 
The Office of the Catholic Archdiocese of Daegu, Catholic Educational Institute, and clergymen graveyard are also located together where Seongmodang is.

There's also a cafe where you can enjoy a cup of tea.
Isn't is such a unique place?
Who would have imagined that such a place is at the heart of Daegu.... ^^

This is the graveyard of clergymen who were martyred in Korea~
Numerous clergymen who came to Korea and passed on the gospel of Catholicism rest here....

After going around this place leisurely.. the last place we go is~ 'Seongmodang'
Seongmodang is located at the highest place of the Catholic Archdiocese of Daegu.

Here, every morning at 11 am from Monday to Saturday, a mass is dedicated, 
and from 6 am to 9pm, you can quietly give prayers.  
We wish that all of your endeavors turn out well - silently praying to the Virgin Mary by sitting under the sunshining Seongmodang. ^^
