Art in the Street_   Beomeo Art Street 

A new art street in Daegu is ready to be seen now! Located in the Beomeo World Plaza in Beomeo Subway Station, Beomeo Art Street is a place for artists to create and share their art works with visitors, and for the citizens to enjoy culture and art.

To get there, take subway line2 and get off at Beomeo Station. You will see the Beomeo E-street when you get off the subway. Pass through the street until you see the Beomeo Art Street.

If you use a bus, get off at the nearest bus stations(check the map below) and use exit 6, 7, 9, 10, or 11 to come inside of the beomeo subway station.



It is composed of Studio, Space, Wall Gallery, Culture and Art Information Center and Culture and Art Lecture Room in the 1,038.65㎡ basement area.

 Various creative art works from young artists are displayed in various forms in the Space.

 
Studio is a place for artists to do artistic activities. Artists and artworks will be replaced on a yearly basis.

Art wall gallery is an open art gallery. You can appreciate art works as you pass by the street.

At the Culture and Art information center, you can find information of all kinds of culture and art events from exhibitions to performances. It opens from 11am to 8pm and will be closed every Monday. Art-related lectures will be provided periodically at the culture and art lecture room.
