[Festival] Daegu Yakryeongsi Herb Medicine Festival 2012 (subtitle – Picnic)

Daegu Yangnyeongsi Herb Medicine Festival is being held in Namsung Street, Jung-gu, Daegu with various herbal & traditional cultural experiences.

There was festival information booth at the entrance.

You will get into the herb medicine tunnel near the booth.

We passed through it and saw many events going on with various showrooms in lows.

One was offering consultation of Korean herbal medicine diet program promoting a variety of herbal plants, aroma candles, health products and regional specialties.

The herbal flower garden was pretty impressive with almost 70 species and grazing rabbits! lol

Also lots of delicious foods and tea were ready in the festival.

There were various herbal & traditional culture experiences such as trying Korean traditional clothing, herbal soap making, taking a restorative herb medicine, herb cutting and packaging.

Herbal cuisine market!

Brand new Sasang Constitutional Medicine and Herbal Healing Center were giving professional consultation with people.

This was very popular to The elders.

People were happy to experience Playground, Woodcraft, Handcraft, Korean traditional games (arrow-throwing, top-spining), and herbal flower hand painting& nail-art.

Daegu’s traditional foods like Gukbap, Bossam, Haejangguk, and Bulro makguli were very popular amongst citizens.
